Essay

The basic principles of the esophageal strictures treatment were worked out and inplemented on the basis of studying the peculiarities of esophageal morpho-functional changes and the changes in whole organism of 316 pediatric patients with strictures of esophagus of different etiology. The new methods of conservative-instrumental and operative treatment that allow saving of the own esophagus were proposed. The new trend of organopreserving treatment of esophageal strictures in children on the basis of pathogenesis depended technologies was developed.
