Krykliy A. Developing the labor potential in conditions of transitional economy.

The proposed dissertation is the first complex research in modern theoretical-&-methodological, methodical and practical questions of the effective system for the development of the labour potential on the level of separate field of economical activity. The social and economical essence of the whole range of existing categories and notions has been determined. Theoretical and organizational bases for development of the demand in personnel have been described. The principles of planning and defining the social and economical efficiency of the continuous professional personnel training have been proposed for the first time. Тhe regular features of the development of the labor potential on the level of separate field of economical activity in transformational economy have been analyzed. Practical recommendations for defining and increasing the efficiency of different stages had been probated in practical activities of different ministries, central administration and educational establishments of Ukraine.
