Sukhin Y. Untraditional energy as a factor of State economic safety

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodical and applied questions of introduction of nonconventional power technologies with the purpose of achievement a comprehensible level of economic safety of the state and its separate territories on the basic spheres of life activity. The expediency of a complex estimation of innovative effect of the organizational, administrative and technological decisions directed to involve to fuel and energy balance the nonconventional fuel and energy resources due to that it is possible to improve corresponding indicative parameters of economic security of the state and its territories. It is offered a methodical approach to definition of innovative effect of the broad audience of the organizational, administrative and technological decisions directed on an effective utilization of nonconventional fuel and energy resources. Results of calculations and their analysis concerning influence on a level of economic security of territorial formations behind power andecological components are resulted. It is shown, that in case of wide use of technology of a biomass gasification it is possible to improve a level of macroeconomic parameters.
