Herasymyuk I. The morphometric characteristic of lung blood-flow in conditions of postresectional lung arterial hypertension and its surgical correction (experimental discovery)

The dissertation is dedicated to the discovery of the dynamics of structural and functional changes in vessels of small blood-flow circle after different by volume lung resections. The topical and ammount characteristics of space reorganisation of the hudge lung vessels of muscular-elastic type is given, the morphometric peculiarities of rebuilding of the intarorganic vessels of the muscular type are established, the reactions of the microcirculatory link are discovered, the role of lung veins in forming of the vessel resistance in conditions of postresectional lung arterial hypertension is estimated. The peculiarities of bronchial component of the blood-flow circle, and also of the lung surfactant system in different termes after the surgical invasion were discovered. The new ways of the surgical correction of postresectional lung arterial hypertension were found and their compairing characteristic was given.
