Alyoshina R. Clinico-immunopathogenetic features of allergic diseases and their prophylaxis in the industrial region of Donbas

Object - allergic disease (AD) in the industrial region of Donbas; the purpose - profilaxis of relapeses of AD; methods - clinico-functional, allergological, immunological, biochemical, statistical; novelty - the new scientific approach-ecological allergology; the role of the most important provocative factors in pathogenesis of AD, such as: exoallergens, infection and chemical substances were proved; study their clinico-immunopathogenetic features of AD in the industrial region; the method and the algorythm om medical profilaxis of relapses of AD; results - the efficacy of enterosorption, hepatoprotectors and Echinacea purpurea and allergen-specific immunotherapy was proved; the patent for the invention was obtained; the methodical guidelines were inserted in medical practice and educational process of medical high schools branch - medicine.
