Essay

The object of the investigation is a system of international economic relations on the macroeconomics level and factors that define the competitive of national economies in condition of globalization and transition to the information-oriented society. The subject of the investigation is a mechanism of competitive advantages of national economies forming and forms of their demonstration in exchange of commodities between Poland and immediate economic partners. The purpose of thesis is complex of theoretical analysis of nationals economies international competitive in condition of market transition, as well as development of improvement of international competitive position of Poland strategy in European Union, Ukraine and Russia markets. Theoretical and methodological basis of the investigation arranged the fundamental positions and recent developments of English, American and German economists, as well as developments of Polish and Ukrainian economists, which are engaged problems of forming, estimationand development of international competitive of national economies. The basis of the research realization served the postulates of Lisbon strategy of European Union countries, as well as the government strategy on 2004-2006 years adopted the Seym of Poland Republic in 2003 year. The empirical material that used in the thesis is presented by government center of strategic investigations in Warsaw, as well as EUROSTAT data. The system of methods and approaches that was allowed to realize the investigation conceptual unity is used in the thesis. Moreover, under investigation of international competitiveness the author leans on both on the panto-scientific, and on special methods of investigations: system-structured; formalization and abstraction; analytical; statistical analysis and others. The scientific novelty of obtained results consists in grounding of new methodological approaches and theoretical positions about formation and estimation of national economy international competitive and development the waysof its intensifications. Thereupon: for the first time: - the systematization of existing theories of international trade from the position of taking into account not only competitiveness of goods, enterprises, branches, but national economies as a whole is realized; - the complex system of estimation of national economy competitive is developed, main determinants are defined and classification on meta-, macro-, meso- and microlevels is realized; - the empirical verification of primary theories of international trade, that allows to affirm that most reliable estimation of national economy competitive can obtain on basis of applying of the relative advantages theory, neo-factors and neo-technological theories is realized; - the method of realization of analysis of the inter-industry and intra-branch trade of basing on exchange of aflat and upright differentiated products and allowing to discover more perspective branches for national economy, that to able to provide of intensification its competitive positionon the world market in the future is proposed; - the international competitive position of Poland analysis, both as the point of view of preconditions of arising from the international trade theory and the economic growth theory, and leaning on wide empirical material, is realized, that allowed to produce of changing in the synthetic form of polish economy in position of economical connections forming with European Union countries, particularly with Germany as well as Russia and Ukraine; - the problem of complementary of economies of the cooperating countries and the dependence of synergetic effect of level of economic development and technological state of national economies is examined. are improved: - the definition of category of "competitive national economy" on basis of statistical and dynamic approaches, that interpreted as the ability for economic subject to solve problems of realization own interests by competitive activity and his inclination to intensification of own competitive position, that allowed to ground the differences between conceptions such as "competitiveness", "competitive position" and "competitive"; - the mechanism of estimation of foreign investments influence on forming of national economy export potential; - methods of statistical information processing of foreign economic activity on the basis of groupings and substantiation of optimal level of activities disaggregation; - mechanism of government influence on international competitive economy improvement, that basing on using of the enclave theory and integrated theory and it allows more sharply to define the effective instruments list influence on the competitive position of country, as well as on applying SWOT-analysis methodology for estimation of the competitive national economy position and substantiation of directions of government supporting of its intensification. further development is obtained: - the theory of comparative advantages about countries with similar level of development, in particular highly development, on thebasis of transferring from traditional interpretation of its maintenance to contemporary, competitive; - the aggregate algorithm of investigation of competitive of the national economy and the system of activities by means of it changes; - the method of analysis of composition and structure of foreign economic activity by goods, geographical and domestic features. The scientific matters, resumes and recommendations of the thesis research can be used both on the scientific level and on the practical level. On the scientific level these matters resumes and recommendation can be used by scientific establishments, analytical organizations for further deepening of theoretical conceptions about competitive of national economies in condition of market transformation of working out of the country development strategy in the wide sense and directions of structure overpatchings. On the practical level these matters resumes and recommendation can be used for forming of economic policy in the view of common supporting ofimprovement economy competitive: for forming of optimal dimensions and structures of the commercial exchange with abroad; for correction of government and regulatory agencies influence on management subjects, in particular in enterprises that include in export; for forming of intensive relations with neighbours, these are with Germany, Russia and Ukraine, in particular for comprehensive cooperation in borders; for creation the conception of connection developing of Poland with Russia and Ukraine, taking into account former economical development of Poland in partnership with European Union countries, in particular with Germany. The confirmation of the practical meaning of obtained results is their usage in the project "The Strategy of Development of Economic Ties of Poland with neighbours from the East, as well as with Estonia, Lithuania and Moldova to 2020 year in the View of Development Border Cooperation". The author proposition about increasing of competitiveness found practical applying in enterprises ofPoland. The directions of development of ukrainian and polish economic relations are proved by the author are supposed to the basis of working out of strategy of the Ukrainian-Poland center activity in promoting of development management, business undertakings and investment. Moreover, the theoretical attitudes of the dissertation use in Radomska Politeknika, Zheschuvsky University (Poland) and Dniepropetrovsk University Economic and Law (Ukraine) under teaching of disciplines: "Microeconomics", "Macroeconomics", "International Economics", "Economics of foreign countries", "International investment activity", "International trade".
