Object of research: 423 patients with nonspecific diseases easy with combined course of ischemic heart disease; non-hospital pneumonia, chronic obstructive disease lungs, a bronchial asthma, intimate insufficiency. The purpose: to establish features of clinic and pathogenesis of combined course of a pneumonia, chronic obstructive disease of lungs, a bronchial asthma and ischemic heart disease and to offer pathogenetically proved treatment which is taking into account revealed features. Methods: clinical, tool, biochemical, immunological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: it is established, that nonspecific bronchopulmonary diseases cause to development of a syndrome of the system inflammatory answer in which atherosclerotic formations of coronary arteries take part. A use on a background of basic treatment bronchopulmonary and cardial pathology is pathogenetically proved. It is established, that nonspecific inflammatory diseases of bodies of breath – a pneumonia, chronic obstructive disease easy and a bronchial asthma are a basic condition for an aggravation of chronic forms of ischemic illness of heart. Thus, there is a direct dependence between a degree of intensity of an inflammation of bodies of breath and development of sharp forms IHD. It is established, that alteration, proliferation and cytolysis of immunocompetent cells of atherosclerotic formations and the developing cascade atherosclerotic reactions formation atheronecrosis and atherotrombosis underlie. Lipidic atherosclerotic formations at one person possess various readiness, no less than resistency to atherolisis.
