The investigation object: ontogenesis of lumbar department of human spine. The investigation goal: establishment of borders of age features, sexual and individual variability of human lumbar spine The investigation goal: lumbar vertebra, IMR-tomograms. The investigation methods: osteometric - for research of rates of growth lumbar vertebra; morphmetric - for research lumbar vertebra and intervertebral disks on IMR-tomograms; hystomorphmetric - for research spongiose structures of various zones of bodies vertebra; a method X-ray analysis - for research of ultrastructure of a mineral component of a bone and a quantitative estimation of stages of a mineralization; biochemical (weight, photo-calorymetric, AAS) - for an estimation mineral, макро-and microelement structure of a bone; biomechanical - for definition of parameters of durability позвонков; a method of three-dimensional solid-state computer modelling - for creation of adequate models of a lumbar department of a spine, a method of final elements -for the mathematical analysis received 3-D models in conditions of static compression; a statistical method - for the analysis and interpretation of the received data. The theoretical and practical importance of the received results: results of research reflect a range of sexual and individual variability of a lumbar department of a backbone of the person, and also law of its stages during ontogenesis. The new data which supplement are received and expand existing representations about age changes sponge's bone of various zones of body's lumbar vertebra, their mineral and a chemical compound, mechanical properties and ultra structure of a mineral component. The carried out computer three-dimensional modeling of anatomic formations of a lumbar department of a spine column has allowed to calculate distribution of pressure and a degree of deformation of various elements позвоночных segments during the different periods ontogenesis, to determine borders and the most adverse places of mechanical loadings. The received results have added representation about structure and functions lumbar vertebra, a role intervertebral disks and ligaments. These data allow to calculate place of operative interventions for a lumbar department of a spine column, to give a morphological base to use of special physical exercises, to determine anatomic limits of ergonomic requirements for seats of vehicles. The received data are used at training students of medical universities on morphological faculties and in practical work of orthopedists - traumatologists, surgeons, neonatologs, oncologists, gerontologists at treatment of patients of diseases of a lumbar department of a spine suffering by various forms. Created computer morphometrical the program "MORPHOLOG" is used at anatomic researches in morphological laboratories of some medical universities at researches biological macro- and microobjects. The scientific novelty of the investigation results: in our research essentially new complex approach in studying a lumbar department of a spine column of the person is applied. For the first time, on the basis of the big actual material, the range of sexual and individual variability of the form lumbar позвонков during all periods postnatal ontogenesis is determined and adequate three-dimensional computer models for each age period are constructed. Their analysis is carried out, deformations and pressure for various elements of model are determined. During research laws of a spongy bone of various zones of bodies lumbar vertebra are established, their qualitative and quantitative features are described. For the first time features of mineral structure of various sites lumbar vertebra are investigated, contents macro- and microelements, are carried out correlations to age and sexual attributes. It is carried out crystal's research a bone mineral of various zones lumbar vertebra. On the basis of the big actual material are investigated mechanical properties of spongy substance of a bone of bodies of the first lumbar vertebra during all periods postnatal ontogenesis and formulas regression dependences of biomechanical parameters on age are received. On the basis of the received data, three-dimensional computer models lumbar vertebra various types are constructed: solid-state and with trabecular structure. The method computer morphometrical analysis of the big database of IMR-tomograms, determines a range of individual variability lumbar vertebra, extreme geometrical forms and frequency of their occurrence are revealed. On the basis of the received data three-dimensional computer models are constructed and with use of the certainly - element analysis deformations and pressure for them are determined. For the first time, with use of a method of final elements, the biomechanical role of each element spine segment is determined, the behavior 3-D models is investigated at static compression and various movements. Degree of implementation. Results of research are introduced into educational and scientific process of faculties of University of Ukraine: on faculties of the general and operative surgery and topographical anatomy, histology, cytology and embryology, orthopedy and traumatology Lugansk's state medical University; human anatomy Ternopol, Іvano-Frankovsk, Donetsk, Crimean, Bucovinian medical Universities, the Dnepropetrovsk medical academy; Uzgorods and the Sumy Universities. Branch of usage: medicine, anatomy, pediatrics, surgery, oncology, geriatrics, orthopedy and traumatology.
