Essay

The object is the system of civil servants professional training. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of conceptual grounds and strategy for technologies modernization of civil servants training in professional speech communication. The methods are identification, extrapolation, substantivation, experiment, classification, systematic-analitical, creation of models, mathematical statistics. The newness is that the complex research of civil servants professional speaking communication is carried out and socio-psycho-linguistic indicators which directly impact the level of civil servants preparedness to professional speech communication and their professional mobility are defined. The results are that the conceptual model of civil servants training for professional speech communication is founded. The evaluation methods of civil servants preparedness to professional speech communication are developed. The structural-logic scheme of andragogy model of personal-linguistic develipment and linguistic-didactic model of civil servants preparedness for professional speech communication is carried out.
