Viktorov V. Education Quality Regulation as Philosophical and Social Problem

The object - a phenomenon " quality of education "; the aim - the analysis of a phenomenon of quality of education and management of it in structure of a complete educational state policy; the methods - system, structurally functional, hermeneutic, comparative analysis; the novelty - for the first time in domestic social science is formulated generalizing, constructed on interdisciplinary research, the concept of quality of education, its monitoring and mechanisms of management are offered, the beginning of a special direction which is based on the philosophical approach in research of a complex and many-sided political phenomenon - quality of education is actually necessary; the results of research can be used at creation of modern state educational policy and concrete educational projects, for maintenance of quality management in the state and non-governmental educational systems, can be used as a basis for a corresponding special course in profile educational institutions, are considered at creationof programs, methods, textbooks, teaching aids; the branch - the education.
