Petrova L. Social-economical aspects of the development Ukrainian libraries in modern condition

The purpose of the research: The dissertation is devoted to the complex research in the making and developing social- economical aspects of the libraries activities in Ukraine in condition of the democratization, information and transferring to market economy. It was grounded the strategic concept of the library changing which based on the working out a model of the modern library and oriented to the development of the social-economical strategy. It was offered the program of realization the concept of social and economic development of library changing which will promote the growth of its social role and strengthen it as an important strengthen it as an important informative intellectual-productive system in the context of the reconstruction the informative society and national economy.
