Сеntromeric chromosomal instability and C-polymorphism of chromosomes in short-term human somatic cells cultures were investigated on different stages of normal ontogenesis and upon wide-spread pathologic conditions in humans. We recommend determination of centromere chromosomal instability parameters for diagnostics and prognosis of chromosomal instability syndromes, hemoblastosis and for cytogenetic monitoring of genotoxic influence.
