Essay

Object - laws of paratypic and genotypic variability of economic - valuable quantitative characters of grain cultures in conditions of irrigation. The purpose - an establishment and a theoretical substantiation of laws of genotypic both modification variability selection- and biological-valuable attributes of grain cultures (wheat and corn) in conditions of an irrigation, improvement of methods of building of an original initial stock and synthesis on its basis of new genotypes for conditions of an irrigation of an austral part of Steppe of Ukraine. Methods - a hybridization, individual selection, an inbreeding, backcross - during building a new initial stock; visual - for conducting phenological observations; definition of metrical attributes of plants and structures productivity; mathematic-statistical - for definition of reliability of results, parameters of a genotypic and modification variation, correlation dependence of attributes, parameters of a combining ability. Results - in dissertation work theoretically motivate and developed directions of selection of cereal crops in the irrigation conditions. The investigations directs on creating elite selection materials with the different utilitarian-important indices. The regulatory of genotype and modified variability of selection and biologically-important indices of cereals (wheat and maize) in the irrigation conditions were determined. The methods of creating of original selection materials were improved and synthesized new genotypes for the irrigation conditions of the South part of Ukraine.
