Davtyan L. Scientific and practical substantiation of technology of soft medicinal forms for stomstology

The paper is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation, the development of approaches to the creation of structures and technologies of soft medicinal forms for the treatment of parodontium inflammatory diseases on a scientific basis.For the first time theoretical and experimental approaches to the creation of optimum compounds and technologies of stomatologic prolonged medicinal products have been proved on the basis of studying pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical, physical and chemical, physicomechanical and kinetic properties of soft medicinal forms. The dependence of the quality of medicinal films on softeners polyethylenoxis-400 and glycerin included into the structure in the quantity of 2,5 % respectively has been investigated.By using in vivo methods it is proved, that kinetic process of acyclovir elimination from films "Viruplen" is represented by the equation of the first order, which gives reason to apply the unicarmeral pharmacokinetic model.Kinetic parameters of medicinal products by in vitro methods have been established.
