Essay

The subject of a research is are the processes of creating the science-intensive technology. The target of a study is generalization and development generalization and the development of the theory of control projects according to the creation of new technology for constructing of system methodology, shaping, analysis and control of the program of development of aviation technology (AT), which will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of design actions and the quality of constructed aviation equipment. Basic methods of the research are systems analysis, the theory of sets and graphs, logico-algebraic models, simulation models, znaniyeoriyentirovannye models, applied models of the theory of chaos, objective- oriented information texnologies. Scientific value of results is determined by the fact that the methodology is created and the complex of system models and methods for the formation, analysis and control of the program of development of aviation technology. Practical value of work consists in the developed complex of system methods and models of analysis and control of projects according to the creation of new technology, which is methodological basis for constructing the instrument means of computerization and automation of the processes of formation, analysis and control of projects and programs of development AT. Obtained for the first time the methodology of formation, analysis and control of projects and programs of development AT, that in contrast to those existing it is based on the system concept of development of complex technology, the multilevel idea and the system control of design actions, which makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the processes of design and to ensure the quality of the constructed articles AT. Introduction is branch – based. Further use of the obtained in the thesis results in the scientific research, planning and production organizations, that participates in the realization of the state of the programs of creation and development of aviation technology.
