Практические результаты и сфера использования - результаты исследования могут быть использованы как методологические основания исследований со-циальной перспективы как в философско-теоретическом, так и в практическом плане реше-ния актуальных проблем развития общества. Взаи-мосвязь оптимизма и пессимизма выполняет роль принципа формирования социальной перспективы и может быть использован в философии истории, футурологии, прогнозировании, проектировании и планировании социальных процессов; в исследо-вании социального субъекта в социальной психоло-гии, социальной педагогике, социальном управле-нии, а также во время разработки вузовских курсов социальной философии и т.д. 3 The research object is optimism and pessimism as the outlooks measurement. The subject of the research is the social perspective as the interconnection of optimism and pessimism. The aim of the research is the social-philosophical un-derstanding of the interconnection of optimism and pessimism, of its essence, contents and meaning in the process of forming the social perspective. The methods of the research are the principles of as-cending from abstract to concrete, as well as the prin-ciples of the unity of historical and logical; dialectical, systematical, phenomenological, germenewtical, his-torical approach, also comparative and retrospective methods were used. Theoretical results and novelty are in finding the grounds of solving the problem social perspective formation as the interrelation of optimism and pessi-mism, and in defining the determinants of social per-spective optimization. Practical results and the sphere of application . The re-sults of the research can be applied as the methodo-logical basis for social perspective research in philo-sophical-theoretical as well as in practical field of solving actual problems of thedevelopment of a soci-ety. The interrelation of optimism and pessimism plays the role of social perspective formation principle and can be used in the philosophy of history, futurology, prog-nosing, projecting and planning social processes; in the research of the social subject in social psychology, so-cial pedagogic, social management as well as in working out of social philosophy courses in higher edu-cational establishments, etc.
