Essay

The thesis sets out to provide the concepts and scientific basics of comprehensive training of speed-and-force athletes. It suggests a set of methods enabling to predict time steps to the end of their optimization, as well as a scientific prognostication of athletes' performance corresponding to each time step, and gives the model features of targeted physical training in respect to certain stages of comprehensive training. With somatic features, age dynamics range as well as special physical abilities, and change of technical parameters being the basis of research there have been developed the algorithms of high jumpers' statistic prognostication and expert evaluation of athletes' advancement. For the first time ever the thesis sets out to provide the way to determine the degree of implementing speed-and-force parameters at different stages of training. It also discloses the set of training activities appropriate for every stage of training. The thesis provides methods of employing special trainers (amodified of facilitated leading) to facilitate the push-off and to electrically stimulate the athletes' training procedure. The speed-and-force sports comprehensive training efficiency has been proved experimentally.
