Shulgai A. Regularity of morphofunctional changes of vessels bed and layers of small and large intestines in the obturative cholestasis’ and different conditions of it correction’ conditions (experimental investigation)

Dissertation is devoted the investigation of dynamics of structural and functional changes in vessels bed and layers of small and large intestines in formation of functional insufficiency syndrome in the process of obturative cholestasis’ development. Topical and quantitative characteristic of space reorganization of architectonics of blood vessels of mesentery and intraorgan parts was present, reactions of hemomicrocirculation bed of all layers on the development of mechanical jaundice were observed. It were study the peculiarities of adaptation of mucus, submucus and muscular layers of small and large intestines to the new condition of digestion in the case of bile supply’ absent. It is work out the new method of endogen intoxication’ and intestines’ functional insufficiency’ correction in the case of mechanical jaundice’ development and also is work out the new methods of external drain of bile ducts.
