Dissertation is devoted to study to improvement of technological receipt stages hyperimmuns of serums from animals-donors (guinea-pigs, rabbits, pigs, horses, cattle) and scientyfically-experimental basing on this base of methods: inactivation, concentrating, clearance to antigen; different adjuvants, clearance methods of got having a special purpose product, and further application of such preparations with view medical and diagnostic of.For clearance and conservation of whey with success is examinee a solution formaldehyd. Application dezmol for clearance of having a special purpose product from ballast matters showed a perspectives and high effectiveness of such approach. On base of developed plague viruses indication methods carnivorous and haemorrhagic illness of rabbits trained developments peculiarities of these diseases into dogs and crawls attached to experimental infection. On the basis of experimental and production tests developed and learned by rote on state level technical making conditions Ukraine on making "Serum against viral haemorrhagic rabbits illness", "Hyperimmune serum whey against canine distemper of cultivation virus", "Inactivation tissue concentrated formol-vaccine against viral haemorrhagic illness of rabbits from HK/99 strain". Made hyperimmune serum wheys against canine distemper and viral haemorrhagic illness of rabbits had high preventive and medical properties attached to application on receptive animals.
