Vygovskiy N. Formation and Function of the Soviet System of Education Nomenclature in Ukraine in 20 - 30-ies of the 20th century.

The dissertation is a systematic scientifically historical investigation for the formation and function peculiarities of the Soviet system of education nomenclature in Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, which concentrated on central power body of Narkompros and on branches of public education of state power local authorities. Complex approach has been applied, so that nomenclature is considered from the point of view of state divisions formation, that is a number of functioning positions from one side, and also every day social and political activity of state officials and their subordinates and secretaries is observed from the other side. It has been investigated the historiography and the sources, the formation of personnel body of managing Narkompros divisions has been observed, as long as Narkom secretaries official duties, activities of inspecting and managing clerks of regional and local departments of education; it has been shown the social origin, political past and national staff on all levels of nomenclature in all managing structures. The reformational course of Grinko, social and political position of Shumskiy have been observed, cultural priorities of Skrypnyk activities has been separated as long as his close secretaries and counselors. It has been revealed the contribution of every people's comissar of education into the formation of Ukrainian system of education, proved destructive effects of its unification during the second half of the 30-ies, when Zatonskiy was at head of the power for Education of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
