The dissertation is devoted the development of a new valuation method of fatigue strength of hull structures; The approach was based on the concept of typical stress concentration centers of the structural detail; Their classification and the table of typical concentration centers have been compiled; The methodology of obtaining criterial relationships of the concentration centers; The serieses of cyclical tests for the models of three types of concentration centers has been made; A considerable amount of information about indications of fatigue life consentrators has been obtained; It enables to apply the fatigue criterial relationships of experimental and theoretical method and confirm its reliability
