The regional differences of states have emphasizes on the ground of civilization's approach. They have some specific in the war (armed conflict) in the world history and in the modern stage of humanity (Europe and North America, South America, Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, South-Eastern Asia). There was focused attention on the need to take into account the cluster's division of the state. The dissertation has examined the main changes in the reasons an character of war (armed conflict) on the base of radical transformations armed struggle's subjects, including its aims, motivations, instruments, the mode of military actions, and essential social-cultural differences.
