Essay

Dissertation has analyzed the main stages of social-philosophical understanding of war (armed conflict), the specific of the genesis and development of the national military schools (Britain, France, Prussian (Germany), Russian, United States). There are new approaches to new classification of war, military and armed conflict according to critical rethinking and summarizing points of view of the national philosophers, military specialists and foreigner experts. The regional differences of states have emphasizes on the ground of civilization's approach. They have some specific in the war (armed conflict) in the world history and in the modern stage of humanity (Europe and North America, South America, Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, South-Eastern Asia). There was focused attention on the need to take into account the cluster's division of the state. The dissertation has examined the main changes in the reasons an character of war (armed conflict) on the base of radical transformations armed struggle's subjects, including its aims, motivations, instruments, the mode of military actions, and essential social-cultural differences.
