Essay

Social-economic and cultural processes which took place in the Ukrainian village in 50th -the first half f the 60th XX century are being investigated. The main parameters of the party-state management of the collective farms, are analyzed too. Prominent place is given to the analysis of social-cultural situation of the village. Social reasons for crisis phenomena in social policy of the Ukrainian state have been formulated.
