Chernov S. Effective organisational structure for the program management of the science intensive enterprise development.

The thesis examines in detail the theoretical basis for the state science intensive enterprises effective functioning by means of their restructuring and scientific production complexes creating. That leads to higher effectiveness and competitiveness of the Ukrainian science and economy. The technique, methods, models and IT-technologies for the science intensive Ukrainian enterprises restructuring were developed by Professor A.A. Pavlov’s scientific school, taking into account economical transformations in the country. A special scheme of the new project management for the science intensive enterprises has been developed. A mathematical simulator of the science-intensive enterprises project management has been created, and possible methods of its realisation at the Ukrainian state and joint-stock enterprises have been suggested.
