Essay

Object of research - bronchial asthma. The purpose - to increase efficiency of treatment in moderate and severe bronchial asthma patients by means of correction of systemic cellular metabolism by application of an polyunsaturated fatty acids drugs or thioctic acid. Methods of research - clinical, functional, immunological, mathematical-statistical methods. Results - the clinical particularitis of bronchial asthma course in inhabitants of industrial region were studied. The system injury of cellular metabolism in blood serum of and moisture condensate of expiried air n moderate and severe bronchial asthma patients was revealed. It were the disturbances of cytokines production, oxidative stress, increase of oxide azote of metabolites and mean molecular mass peptides on a background of quantitative changes of Т- and B-lymphocyte, injury of erythrocytes function, cytogenetic disturbances, change of parietal рН of tracheabronchial tree value. The possility of correction of system disturbance of a cellularmetabolism by omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids drugs and thioctic acid was proved. Area of application - pulmonology, therapy.
