Doctoral Thesis is aimed on solving of research-scientific goal - finding main causes of development, prevention and treatment post-surgery septical complications (PSSC) in neonates and infants with inborn digestive tract malformations. As the results of clinical and practical researches, there were discovered main factors of development PSSC in different age groups depending on the type of inborn digestive tract malformation. It was improved surgical correction of inborn digestive tract malformation (athresia of esophagus, gastro-shysis, intestinal obstruction, Girshprung disease), was investigated feeding support and methodology of differentiated de-toxication (enthero -sorption) in early post-surgical period, that allowed to decrease percentage of PSSC development and mortality rate in each study group of neonates and infants. It was proved efficiency and low invasive effect of laparoscopy, possibility of implementation in neonatal surgery. It was proved necessity of preventative use of antibioticsand rational antibiotic therapy. It was investigated and proved on experiments efficacy of use of total prolonged peritoneal sorption. It was proposed pathogenically proved scheme of complex diagnostics, prevention and treatment of inborn digestive tract malformations in neonates and infants.
