Essay

The goal of this research is to give critical and metaparadigmatic philosophical, social and historical revealing and analysis of most significant tangible, social, economic, spiritual and ideal determinants; being combined with some inner factors of influence, they determine development of the whole educational and cultural complex of Ukraine and other countries of the world. Dramatic stages of co-evolution of societies and their educational systems are described from a non-traditional point of view. The more precise background of modern social and cognitive determinism of accelerated transformation of educational research complex is also given. Philosophical vision of the origin of transactions between the state and social community on the one hand and education on the other hand is given; manifestation of such factors as democratization, decentralization, labor market fluctuations, globalization and the like is focused on. Viewed from educational philosophy, sociology and other sciences, peculiarities of the approach both in Ukraine and industrialized nations to knowledge society are particularized; fundamental transformations of educational and research complex and its orientation to new perspectives are presented as the basis of economic and social advance, the only way to make the coming generations more competent and access facilitation to labor market. The research scrutinizes and proposes more specific and precise philosophical, operational and practical aspects of theoretical background of educational and research complex in Western Europe, particularly, the expanded spiritual component and transition to new life values. Emphasis is made on contradictions and problems on the way of transformation of the system of learning and upbringing in Ukraine and Russia; common and differentiating features in psychological view of the way of education development of these countries are described; effective approaches to upgrading social and economic role and significance of educational complex are outlined.
