Essay

The Dissertation deals with the research of linguistic realization of causality as a relative megacategory which reflects the genetic relations in the world and language, and includes the category of condition, cause, consequence, concession and purpose. The new approach to the analysis of the language causality model in the framework of linguistic conceptualization is offered. The linguistic and cognitive approach to the research of the material is realized in this work on the level of linguistic and conceptual analysis of the various discourses. The mental mechanisms of causality formation are considered: the correlation between internal word form and the concept content is established, the results of the research on dualism phenomenon as an archetypical projection of causality are presented, the thesis on comparison as a conceptual base of causality genesis is proved. The propriety of modality determination as a fundamental causality description is proved, the language mechanisms of itsmeaningful constituent are singled out. The new research principles of a figurative causality plan directed to the linguistic and cultural analysis and revelation of mythological metaphor sources are worked out.
