Essay

A research object is professionally-pedagogical preparation of future teachers of philologists. Research purpose - scientifically to ground conception, develop and experimentally to approve a model and method of forming of individuality of future teachers-philologists, define the pedagogical terms of their realization in the process of step preparation of specialists. Methods are theoretical, empiric, diagnostic, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty – first developed, grounded and experimental the structurally-judicial model of forming of individuality of future philologists of teachers is approved in professional preparation on the basis of system-integral, personal-activity, integration, cultural approaches and modern theories of pedagogical activity, professionally-pedagogical preparation in institute of higher. Practical results and novelty – the method of diagnostics of levels of formed of individuality of future teachers of philologists is developed in professional preparation. Articleofresearch is forming of individuality of future teachers of philologists in the teaching-education process of higher educational establishment. Efficiency of introduction is high. Industry is pedagogical, institute of higher, institutes of the in-plant training of teachers.
