Essay

The dissertation deals with ascertaining the mechanisms of regulating the blood aggregate state and water-salt metabolism under physiological conditions and dysfunctions of the proximal portion of the nephron due to organism’s intoxication with cadmium and plumbum chlorons compounds and the development of new methodological approaches to correcting these distur bances on the basis of the abtained findings, using preparations of fatty un saturated acids. It has been established that an inetraction of the regulation systems of the blood aggregate state and water-salt metabolism realize through hormonal mechanisms which control, water-salt homeostasis. The regulatory circuits in the mechanisms of interac-tion to regulate the blood aggregate state and water-salt metabolism are the renin-angiotensin system, the sys-tem of ADH-CAMP, the system of a-ANP-CGMP, the system of a-arginin-NO and the system of eicosanoids. The damage of the efferent link of the system, regulating the blood aggregate state and water-salt metabolism, are capable of resulting in the onset of a chain of reactions which are connected into a visious circle of a pathological circle.
