The dissertation is devoted to develop differentiated approaches to immunotherapy of chronic glomerulonephritis with nephrotic syndrome It is certain that criteria of prognosis efficiency of immunotherapy of proliferative morphological forms chronic glomerulonephritis are stabilization of levels CD4 +, CD54 +, decreasing of level CD95 +, values of factor K (IFN- gamma/IL-10 <1), unproliferative morphological forms chronic glomerulonephritis are increasing of level IFN- gamma, decreasing of level ТGF-b.
