Essay

Object of research - chronic pulmonary diseases. The purpose - to optimize the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary diseases by means of showing up of fungus and pneumocystis at the lower respiratory tract and determination of their pathogenetic part. Methods of research - clinical, functional, bronchological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, histochemical, statistical. Results - the most significant factors of lower respiratory tract infections with fungus and pneumocystis are determined. Their negative impact on course of diseases (strengthening and maintaining of prolonged inflammatory reactions, immune violations, allergization effect) promote persistence of inflammation with lung failure worsening. Indications and principles of treatment are determined. The standard course of antiinflammatory treatment used first of all, that results to spontaneous respiratory tract cleansing of fungi and pneumocystis at most patients. Further treatment with anticandidosis, antioxidant or immunomodulative drugs lead to cleaning of microorganisms with prolongation of clinical remission. Area of application - pulmonology, therapy.
