Essay

Processes of managerial interactions inside and between companies in modern environment of international business. Scientific proving of methodological base for managerial performance's assessment and analysis in TNCs and Ukrainian enterprises that go through dynamic processes of internationalization of their operations. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematic generalization, comparative and factor analysis, sociological studies. System of directions to evaluate results of managerial work in TNCs is proposed. The model of managerial performance "6+1" is elaborated. The content and feasibility of using tools of contextual analysis of conditions for increasing managerial performance in TNCs are proved. Global and regional configurations of running international operations are analyzed and tools for designing managerial jobs in modern TNCs are put in system. Factors and catalysts for professional development of managers in TNCs are identified. Imperatives of process approach to govern career in international management are proved. Instruments for optimizing strategic process and organizational design in internationalization conditions of enterprises in Ukraine are developed. Elements of organizational programs for ensuring and accelerating managerial development to support internationalization priorities of Ukrainian enterprises are systemized.
