Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the problem of diagnostics and treatment intestinal obstruction at children. Work based on experience of treatment of 633 patients, from which 227 (35,86%) with congenital intestinal obstruction and 406 (64,14%) with acquired ileus. The optimal scheme step-wise surgical treatment which has allowed improving results of treatment in the main group is developed. Clinical classification of resections of intestines is developed. Own new ways of intestinal suturing, surgical treatment of total agangliosis of large intestine, and designed device for sanation of purulent cavities are introduced in practice of treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction. Postoperative complications are established at 52 (11,30%) patients. After restoration of passableness of intestine the complex of functional deviations in the children's organism depending on extent of a resection and age of child is certain. Results are studied and the degree of quality of the children's life after treatment is certain. Thus, introduction of algorithms of examination and developed methods of treatment has allowed to reach decrease in postoperative complications with 39 (8,48%) up to 13 (2,82%) cases.
