Dissertation examines the Ukrainian political systems by analyzing the historic, geopolitical, internal-political, socio-economic factors and particular circumstances of the time. This work has uncovered the texts of 45 Constitutions and constitutional drafts. Also presented are detailed lists of national government officials from the legislative, executive and representative branches of power. The author draws conclusions based on the controversial, historically circumstances.
