Object – technology of extraction of saccharose from beet cossettes; methods – special analytical, chemical, physical-chemical, microbiological methods of researching with usage of modern instruments. In the dissertation the scientific applied problem of increase of efficiency of extraction of saccharose from beet cossettes with simultaneous clearing diffusion juice is solved on the basis of application of physical and chemical methods. The mechanism of sedimentation of pectinaceous substances is scientifically proved at use coagulant the hydroksosulfate of aluminium and flocculent PGMGH. Efficiency of disinfectant action of some chemical means is determined. The 3 branch technological instructions for use of disinfectants are approved. The technology of diffusion-pressing extraction of sucrose from the sugar-beet cossettes is improved. The technology of processing of fragments of sugar beet and root crops of sugar beet with use of mechanical disclosing cells and chemical action coagoulent or flocculent is evolved. Branch – sugar.
