Dissertaion is devoted to prospective searchings of the a primary morphological units of immune system (IS), such as thymus, and secondary units – visceral mesenteric, axillar somatic lymph nodes of the white lab rats of three different age groups, who have transferred influence of different degrees of constant hyperthermia and physical overload. Using the complex investigations (organomeasuring, morphometrical, ultramicroscopic, immunologic methods, and 3-D spatial modelling of organs) the age features were analysed in different units of immune system under exposition of extreme, moderate and mild hyperthermia. Also the influence of the combination of the chronic long-term hyperthermia with physical overload was investigated. As a result of current research, the actual medical correction of the secondary immunodefficiency was created, testified and proposed: extraction of the Ginkgo Biloba leaves and Inozine are represent the proper correction.
