Subject - technology for liquid treatment of fibers packages; оbjective - creation of an absolutely new technology for liquid treatment of fibers in packages based on the research results of reasons limiting liquid treatment processes; methods: analysis and synthesis, structural decomposition of compound systems, the theory of winding and dyeing in packages, an experiment, analytic and descriptive geometry, differential and integral calculus, computer simulation; novelty - for the first time are basic factors limiting liquid treatment processes found; for the first time is complete mathematical description done for the process of package winding and the change of its parameters in a centrifugal force field; results - a computer model for forming package structure is evolved; fundamental principals and new technical decisions for the suggested liquid treatment technology are formulated; a design for a new age manufacturing device for liquid treatment of fibers in packages is developed; the area of use -yarn dyeing production.
