Sarnatskiy O. Russian autocratic machinery and the Ukrainian political parties (1900 - 1917)

A research object is social and political life in Ukraine at the beginning of ХХ age. A research purpose consists of tom, that on the basis of historical researches, bringing in of the archived sources and other documentary materials objectively and in a complex to light up those measures to which the organs of autocratic power came running with the purpose of warning and stopping of activity of Ukrainian political parties of Naddnepryanschiny and their emigrant circles on zapadnoukrainskikh earths in the years of the first world war, temporally occupied Russia, and those figures and adherents of Ukrainian Galichina parties with which they co-operated for the sake of future cathedral Ukraine. Research methodology is an aggregate of теоретико-methodological principles, scientific approaches and methods. A fundamental value is had principles of objectivity and historical method, the use of which enabled to probe the policy of the Russian autocratic vehicle in relation to activity of Ukrainian political parties of Naddnepryanschiny at the beginning of ХХ age, to show the grounds of such policy and light up realization its power on places. Application of scientific (analytical, synthetic, logical), generalhistorical (comparatively-historical, problem-chronologic, synchronous, diakhronnogo, retrospective), istochnikovedcheskikh (textual criticism, attributive) methods allowed a candidate for a degree to expose the probed problem and offer own conclusions and recommendations with the proper argumentation. Dissertation is complex research which exposes attitude of imperious structures of tsarizma toward activity of Ukrainian political parties of Naddnepryanschiny at the beginning of ХХ age.In work actions and collaboration of executive and judicial power are examined in relation to these parties. It is certain that administration came forward a determining and main constituent in the actions of all of vehicle of power. Filled with more in detail the real facts activity of police in relation to these parties.In detail actions are probed tsar's censorship in relation to legal editions of the adopted parties. It is certain that tsar's courts on business of punishment of members and adherents of Ukrainian parties always carried out laid on them autocracy of function. Activity of tsar's power is probed in Galichina in the period of war in relation to emigrant circles and figures of Galichina parties, author conception which explains a relation and actions of the Russian imperious structures in relation to these parties is offered. Can be drawn on research results for creation of summarizings works on socio-political history of Ukraine, textbooks and train aids, at preparation of normative and special courses on domestic history.
