Essay

The thesis is devoted to researches of initial theoretical and methodological basis of the pedagogical and psychological competence of the higher educational establishment lecturer and to its forming process; determines, scientifically explains the essence of the phenomenon as an individually-professional lecturer system feature. A list of professional characteristic qualities of a lecturer is developed and approved that reflects interrelation of the main its activity types, tasks, dominating knowledge, skills and professional features. This determines the object, essence and result of the professional training. The educational process model is developed and scientifically explained that technologically provides forming the pedagogical and psychological competence of a lecturer in magistracy. The model was experimentally checked and proved.
