Gayevska O. General civilization principles of social management

This thesis is dedicated to the research of general civilization principles of social management based on methodological viewing of the phenomenon of social management as the product of organisational essence of the society, its determinant factor - managerial civilization, which is the permanent source of appearing of more perfect forms of social being and of the development of civilization in national and global dimensions. There are certain scientific statements introduced in the thesis, the basic idea of which is viewing social management as an objective phenomenon appearing as the need for cooperative existence of labour, the latter being individualized in the modern civilization in the entrepreneurial form, especially in administration. The thesis also introduces the modern conceptual model of organisational essence of social management as the basic principle of its functional, institutional, and social regulation.
