Prysjazhnjuk Y. Ukrainian peasantry of Naddniprjanska Ukraine in the second part of the ХІХ - early ХХ centuries as socio-mental historical community.

The object is Ukrainian agricultural community in the Naddnipryaschyna area in the second half of the XIX-th early XX-th centuries. The aim is to reconstruct the history of Ukrainian peasantry of the Naddnipryaschyna area as a sociomental community in the second half of the XIX-th early XX-th centuries. Methods applied: comparative, critical, hermeneutic, heuristic, induction, deduction, comparative, description. Latent characteristics were figured out. The social identity traditionalism was studied. The place of earth in the world outlook was shown. The essence and the genesis of the religious and everyday ideal, as well as the peculiarities of social activity, political relations, intellectual self-realization, were brought to discussion. The process of the market transformation of the rural area was researched, its modernization peculiarities were substantiated. The family "product" of authenticity was analyzed. The historical role as a social stratum that preserves Ukrainian ethnic and cultural identity was surfaced.
