Golyachenko A. Scientific ground for improvement system of a medical rehabilitation at a stage of reforming of public health services in Ukraine

In the dissertation the ways of improvement of system of a medical rehabilitation at all levels of its organization are scientifically proved with the purpose of rising by its social, medical and economic efficiency. On representative statistical population dynamics of a general case rate of the population for 1981-1983 and 2003-2005 is investigated; and also dynamics of need of the patients in a medical rehabilitation. The essential social contrasts in satisfaction of need in a medical rehabilitation are observed. The transformation three-step of system of a medical rehabilitation on four-step of system is proved. Three-step of system included consistently hospital > sanatorium > polyclinic, four-step of system - ambulatory (polyclinic) > a hospital > sanatorium > an ambulatory (polyclinic). The medical efficiency of rehabilitation was investigated. Two groups of the patients were compared: experienced, where the medical rehabilitation was carried out, and control, where the traditional methods of treatment were used. The comparison of both groups has shown, that in first in comparison with the second down stroke reference was in 3,0 times large, and the down stroke of need in hospitalization and temporary invalidity was large accordingly in 1,6 and 2,0 times.
