Object of research - the methods of the diagnostics, treatments and preventive maintenances of the internal diseases of the dogs of the service dogs. The purpose of research - to develop the dispanserization methods for service breeds dogs. Methods of research: clinical, including electrocardography and rentgenography, study of the morphological composition of blood (erythrocytes, leukocytes, leukogramma), biochemical (the heamoglobin, the general protein, albumins, bilirubin, the activity of aspargin - AsAT and alanin - ALAT transpherases, gamma - glutamyltranspeptidase - GGTP, alpha - amilasa, lactatdehydrogenasa - LDG and its firs isoenzyme - LDG1, creatinkynasa - KK and its cardiospecifical isoenzyme - KK-MB, alkaline phosphatase, the general calcium, inorganic phosphorus, urea, creatininum). Scientific novelty of work: the age and breed particularities of morphological and biochemical composition o brood beside clinical health dogs of service breeds (German and Caucasian shepards, rotweyler and other) are installed, that is a central to development of informative methods of the estimation of the health of the service dogs. Theoretical bases, motivated mechanisms of the development of hepatoosteodysthrophical, hepatorenal, nephro- and hepatoanaemical syndromes. The determination to plural internal pathology has continioned needing of the development the new methodical approach to treatment of the sick dogs and their experimental motivation. Proposed: There were establisched physiological limiti to clinical and heamatological indexes of servise dogs rept in stelters, calcy diagnostic methods, there were tested the tretment methods for many wide spread diseases (nafrytes, hepatoosteodystrophy, hepatorenal and hepatopancreatic syndroms). It is introduced: in scholastic process at study of discipline "Internal diseases of animals", is used in scientific study of Bila Tserkva national agrarian University, Zhytomir national agroecological University. There were published: "The biochemical methods of blood researching of animals", which are confirmed by order of State Department of Veterinary Medicine of Ministry of Ukraine agrarian policy №115 from 07.10.2004 and "Dispanserization of service dogs", which are confirmed by director of kinological service of MIB of Ukraine 02.09.2008. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
