Amelina S. Theoretical and Methodical Basis for Forming Cultural Professional Communication Skills in Students of Agrarian Higher Educational Institutions

The object is the process of professional training of specialists-agrarians at Institutions of Higher Education, the objective is to substantiate theoretic and methodical principles of development of culture in professional communication of students at agrarian IHE, work out a conceptual model of this process realization at IHE of agrarian education and test its efficiency in experiments; the methods are theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, diagnostics, questionnaire design, observation, testing, statistic processing of results; the novelty is that for the first time theoretic and methodical conception of development of culture of professional communication in students of agrarian IHE is elaborated; the essence of culture in dialogue as the dominant characteristic of professional communication quality is concretized; scientific notion about professional communication as interaction in motivated, cognitive, sensual, professional and communicative spheres received further development; the key definitions are specified; the results are the curricula and syllabi in subjects, practices, seminars oriented to the development of culture in professional communication are elaborated and approved; introduction of conclusions and recommendations into teaching and educational process in IHE; the textbook "Dialogue in Teaching" is elaborated; the branch is the theory and methods of professional education.
