The present Thesis is dedicated to construction of the post-non-classical history metaphysics conceptual version. Object of the ivestigation is ontological basis of wotld-historical process. Main task is construction of conceptual scheme of post-non-classic metaphysics of history. It has been proved, that metaphysics must recognize variability of primary basics of existence in historical time. The Spirit comes as a historical experience Subject, i.e. as an active creative force which interprets and evaluates its own essence, making decisions on this ground. The Spirit di-rects the metaphysical choice of society and determines both creative energy use strategy and the forms which society manifests itself through. The Matrix provides society with opportunity to exist in certain historical contextual frames and it also contains the "selfness" basic code that is responsible for civilization's self-identity.The original grounds of history ascend to the Spirit's anthropological faculties that construct fundamental history architecture in tight relation with human being that has universal specific character. Materials of investigation may be use in writting of text-books in metaphysics, philosophy of history, social philosophy, and in lectures for students.
