Panfilov O. Preservation of society homeostasis under conditions of system transformations: power aspect (theoretical and methodological analysis).

The object of the research is the process of ensuring of homeostasis of society under system transformations. The purpose is the analyses of nature and place of military power of a state within the system of ensuring homeostasis of a society that is being transformed. The methods of research combine dialectical, historical and genetic, structural and functional as well as synergetic approach and the method of comparative analysis. The main results include the author's understanding of social and philosophical conception of state power ensuring of homeostasis of society that is being transformed; the methodology of analysis of peculiar features of power aspects of state activities under system transformations of a society, and its main spheres (economic, political, social and spiritual). The author highlighted the tendencies of power ensuring of social functioning in new civilization, social, cultural and political contexts and disclosed the significance of power aspects in realization of strategies ofself-preservation and self-development of a society.
