Research subjects: efficiency of bronchial asthma (BA) ambulatory treatment. The aim of research: to give scientific grounds and to work out the system of measures leading to BA ambulatory treatment (AT) efficiency intensification on the base of determination of aggravation risk factors and prognostication of BA course variants and treatment results. Methods and equipment: clinical investigation, instrumental, laboratory, static ones.Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalization and new solution of modern pulmonology actual problem expressed in basing, working out and introduction into the public health practice special organizing measures leading to intensification of medical help for BA patients efficiency is done. Creation of Pulmonologic Therapeutic-Rehabilitation Centre (PTRC) exposing of risk factors, prognostication of aggravations and results of treatment with the help of mathematical models, formation of patients adherence to medicamental therapy on the stage of AT have broughttoconsiderable improvement of disease control and BA patients quality of life.Novelty: for the first time the model of BA patients treatment organization in conditions of PTRC is suggested. The new data that inhalation glucocorticosteroids are more safe and no less effective in comparison with peroral prednisolone are suggested. Risk factors of BA aggravation on the stage of AT and the reasons defining treatment results are shown up and their mathematical models are worked out. For the first time automatized modulus of periods of course and results of BA treatment prediction on the stage of AT is worked out. For the first time the role of patients adherence to treatment in formation of disease course periods, in results of treatment and in BA patients quality of life is described. Factors determining BA patients quality of life (QL) on the stage of AT are defined more exactly. Existing notions concerning the BA patients quality of life changes depending on the course and results of treatment are supplemented. Conditions of organization on the stage of AT which influence BA patients QL are shown and described.Implementation: articles, theses, information letter, introduction into to teaching processes at high medical schools.Sphere, sector of implementation: medicine.
