Research is devoted one of actual and scantily explored in history of Ukrainian journalism of problems - to the study of press of Ukrainian emigration activity. Dissertation is a maiden attempt on the basis of complex analysis of publicism texts to present a national and patriotic discussion in the press of Ukrainian emigration in Europe between two world wars 1919-1939 as the bright phenomenon of national liberation fight. By virtue of that Ukrainian emigration had status military-political, consideration and analysis of question is more interesting on tearing down of historical journalism and political science that enables more deep understanding of processes which took place in journalism of Ukrainian emigration of the indicated period.
