Latkin M. Methodological bases of creation of system of projects risks management for the enterprise

The object of research are managerial processes by project risks for the enterprise. The target of research are decrease in negative influence of project risks on achievement of the basic results of projects and maintenance of their effective performance with the minimum costs at the expense of working out of methodological bases of creation of a control system by project risks for the enterprise. The basic methods of research are: system and process approaches, the theory of counts and system modelling for working out of hierarchical structures of project risks and formation of models of a control system by project risks for the enterprise; methods PERT and probability theory for a quantitative estimation of characteristics of project risks; methods estimations for definition of level of negative influence of risks on achievement of main objectives and results of projects; methods of calculation of monetary streams (Cash-Flow) and discounting for an estimation of efficiency of the accepted actions ofreaction to project risks; Methods of the mastered volume (EV) and theories of casual processes for the control of change of level of risks during performance of projects. Scientific significance of results is development of a new scientific direction which is connected with working out of methodology of creation of control systems by project risks for effective performance by the enterprise of projects with the minimum costs and regulations of actions of risks-managers. Practical significance consists that the developed models and methods of a control system of project risks for the enterprise form a scientifically-methodical basis for a regulation of actions of risks-managers, constant perfection of corporate knowledge and accumulation of successful practical experience in management of project risks. For the first time the methodological bases including the system concept and principles of management by project risks which unlike the existing use the integrated representation of hierarchical structures ofproject risks and a control system of project risks for the enterprise, for maintenance of effective performance of projects with the minimum costs are developed. The method of an estimation of level of project risks at the expense of expansion of completeness of characteristics of risks with which help on the basis of the generalised indicator of an additive kind and a corresponding quantitative scale it is possible to spend updating of the list of essential risks of the project throughout its life cycle is improved and to develop adequate actions for reaction for each significance value of risks. Have received the further development methods of the qualitative analysis of project risks regarding the formalized representation of risks of events leading to approach that allows on the basis of the generated generalised algorithm of the description of sequence of adverse events for the project to develop a uniform complex of preventive actions for decrease in negative influence of essential project risks.
